Aduna, the network APIs venture backed by leading global telecom operators and Ericsson, has added seven major companies to its partner ecosystem, further accelerating the adoption of standardized network APIs across industries.
Microsoft has joined as a technology partner and will scale Aduna’s API platform on Microsoft Azure while integrating Microsoft AI to deliver actionable insights for enterprises and developers. Aduna’s APIs will also be available as native services via the Azure Marketplace, giving developers direct access to functionality such as SIM Swap detection, phone number verification, real-time device location, and quality-of-service controls.
Japanese operators SoftBank Corp. and NTT DOCOMO signed memorandums of understanding to integrate their networks with Aduna’s unified API platform. This move brings all major Japanese operators—SoftBank, DOCOMO, and KDDI—into the Aduna ecosystem. Additionally, U.S.-based Syniverse will connect its platform to Aduna’s APIs, while Indian system integrators Wipro and Tech Mahindra will embed the APIs into enterprise transformation initiatives across sectors such as financial services, logistics, and manufacturing. UK-based CPaaS provider JT Global will also integrate Aduna’s APIs to enhance identity verification and fraud prevention services.

- Launched in September 2024, Aduna has quickly positioned itself as a key player in the global network API market, aggregating and selling APIs that enable seamless connectivity across different mobile networks. Its developer platform partners, including Google Cloud, InfoBip, Sinch, and Vonage, will now gain direct access to Bridge Alliance’s partner networks, significantly increasing market reach for developers on both platforms. The partnership also aligns with industry-wide standardization efforts, such as GSMA Open Gateway, CAMARA, and TM Forum (TMF), ensuring interoperability and scalability across telecom networks.
