Aligned Data Centers is expanding its data center footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area with a new facility in Mansfield, TX. The DFW-03 data center will be located on a 27-acre site with an on-site substation to meet the increasing demand for AI, cloud, and enterprise applications. The facility is scheduled to become operational in Q4 2025, providing infrastructure for high-density GPUs and AI workloads.
DFW-03 incorporates Aligned’s adaptive modular infrastructure, which accelerates deployment through prefabrication and on-site delivery of critical equipment. The data center offers flexible deployment options suited for AI, cloud, and enterprise applications. It includes Aligned’s proprietary air and liquid cooling technologies, which enable customers to transition between cooling systems or implement hybrid solutions within the same data hall, supporting densities of up to 350 kW per rack.
Aligned has also launched the “Roots for the Future Fund” in collaboration with the City of Mansfield to support local sustainability efforts. This initiative focuses on enhancing the community environment through tree planting and other beautification projects.
