The Boeing Company has selected AT&T to be its primary telecommunications provider. The contract , which is valued at more than $400 million over five years, calls for AT&T to provide advanced network and wireless services to help Boeing enhance its business processes and increase productivity.
AT&T will consolidate existing, disparate telecommunications networks into one ubiquitous, Internet Protocol (IP)-enabled voice and data network for Boeing.
AT&T said the Boeing contract follows a series of other large and strategic wins, including Royal Dutch Shell, Starbucks, IBM, General Motors and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.http://www.att.comhttp://www.boeing.com
