Extreme Networks Intros AI-Integrated Enterprise Networking Platform

Extreme Networks has announced the limited availability of Extreme Platform ONE, a unified enterprise networking platform that integrates conversational, multimodal, and agentic AI capabilities. Designed to streamline operations and reduce manual network management tasks, the platform brings together network visibility, automation, access security, and licensing under a single architecture. General availability is scheduled for Q3 2025.

Platform ONE offers a consolidated workspace for network operators, security teams, and business users. It includes tools such as AI Canvas for building real-time dashboards and reports, a Service AI Agent for automated diagnostics and troubleshooting, and integrated support for policy enforcement through ExtremeCloud Universal ZTNA. According to Extreme, the AI functions are intended to reduce resolution times and improve consistency in tasks such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and security policy management.

“With Extreme Platform ONE, we’re simplifying operations, reducing time spent on routine tasks, and providing network teams with greater context and control,” said Ed Meyercord, President and CEO of Extreme. “Early adopters are seeing improved visibility and efficiency across their networks.” Nabil Bukhari, Chief Product and Technology Officer, added that the platform’s integration of multiple AI modalities allows organizations to adapt more quickly to network events and changing demands.
