Infinera announced that its acquisition by Nokia is expected to close on or about February 28, 2025, subject to final regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Infinera also set a deadline of 5:00 p.m. ET on February 21, 2025, for stockholders to revoke any previously made elections regarding the form of merger consideration they wish to receive.
