NTT Communications (NTT Com) will begin restricting network access by individual customers who upload more than 30 gigabytes (GB) of data per day.
NTT Com will begin to implement the policy by first notifying any individual that exceeds the 30 GB daily limit. The user will be asked to observe the limit. If they do not, OCN will suspend their access to the network and possibly terminate their service contract.
Downlink traffic, such as browsing, receiving e-mails and data downloading, will not be subject to the 30GB limitation.http://www.ntt.com
