Orange to Launch "BIC" Prepaid Phones in France

Orange will be offering a “BIC” mobile phone with 60 minutes of prepaid service, the battery charged, and the SIM card already in place. It focuses on cell phone basics: sending and receiving calls and SMS. Orange will sell the phone as an over-the-counter retail product at major supermarkets and convenience stores across France.
