Qwest Communications and Bell Canada reached a new multi-year interconnection agreement that provides both companies — and their customers — with voice termination and toll-free services between Canada and the U.S.
International voice traffic between Canada and the U.S. represents the largest volume of international long-distance traffic in the world. Telephone traffic between the two countries is estimated to be over 12 billion minutes of use per year. http://www.qwest.com
