Developed in collaboration with Altostratus, part of Telefónica Tech, the platform offers a user-friendly interface and a ‘Plug & Play’ configuration for seamless deployment. It integrates advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) while ensuring data control and security through deployment within the customer’s infrastructure.
The company says its new AI platform is adaptable, allowing businesses to tailor it to specific needs while supporting multiple users and integrating with hundreds of tools, including information repositories, communication systems, and business applications. It enhances customer service, streamlines operations in areas such as human resources and financial planning, and uses advanced data analysis to anticipate trends. By freeing up resources, the platform helps organizations focus on strategic growth initiatives. Telefónica Tech ensures compliance with the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (RIA) and regional laws while maintaining robust data governance.
