Verilink announced the appointment of Timothy R. Anderson as Vice President and CFO. He previously served as CFO for Carrier Access Corporation.
Verilink also announced plans to move its corporate headquarters to Centennial, Colorado (in the metro Denver area) from its previous location in Madison, Alabama. http://www.verilink.com
