Verizon launched a promotion that combines its new consumer broadband VoIP service with DSL. Customers who subscribe to VoiceWing can get Verizon Online’s lowest price for DSL service — $29.95 a month for 1.5 Mbps downstream connectivity. The “VoiceWing” VoIP service costs $29.95 a month for the first six months and offers unlimited U.S. calling.
