Google Cloud has secured a major win with an expanded partnership with Salesforce, enhancing AI-powered agents and enterprise cloud capabilities. This collaboration positions Google Cloud as the backbone of Salesforce’s next-generation AI solutions, enabling businesses to deploy advanced AI models with greater flexibility and efficiency.

Salesforce’s Agentforce will now leverage Google’s Gemini models, benefiting from their multi-modal capabilities, including image, audio, and video processing, as well as a two-million-token context window. By running Salesforce’s AI applications on Google Cloud infrastructure, enterprises gain access to a highly scalable and AI-optimized environment that enhances operational performance.

Key advancements in the partnership include:

  • Google Cloud Infrastructure for Salesforce AI: Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 Apps will now run on Google Cloud, providing enhanced scalability and security.
  • Deeper Integration of AI Capabilities: Google’s Gemini models will power AI-driven agent solutions, optimizing complex workflows across industries.
  • Expanded Contact Center AI Solutions: Salesforce Service Cloud integrates with Google Customer Engagement Suite for real-time voice translation, AI-driven insights, and automated agent handoffs.
  • Seamless Data Interoperability: Google BigQuery and Salesforce will enable bi-directional data access via zero-copy technology.
  • Google Cloud Marketplace Access: Enterprises can procure Salesforce solutions more efficiently through Google’s streamlined marketplace.

“This expanded partnership with Salesforce reinforces Google Cloud as the premier platform for businesses looking to harness AI-driven automation at scale,” said Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud. “By providing our mutual customers with cutting-edge AI models and highly secure cloud infrastructure, we are accelerating the AI transformation for enterprises worldwide.”

By integrating Salesforce’s core AI applications with Google Cloud, this partnership further solidifies Google’s position as the leading enterprise AI infrastructure provider. With AI-driven business automation becoming a critical competitive advantage, Google Cloud continues to shape the future of digital labor and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
