Cisco introduced new Agile Services Networking innovations designed to help service providers enhance network visibility, resilience, and monetization in the AI-driven marketplace. The enhancements provide real-time assurance for both on-network and off-network connectivity, enabling service providers to deliver reliable AI-connected experiences at scale. Companies such as Arelion, Lumen, and Reliance Jio are early adopters of the architecture, leveraging Cisco’s technology to improve network performance, reduce costs, and drive new business opportunities.

As part of the expansion, Cisco has introduced ThousandEyes Connected Devices to extend end-to-end visibility across home and mobile networks, allowing service providers to proactively address last-mile performance issues. Additionally, Provider Connectivity Assurance, an AI-powered solution, enhances network efficiency by offering real-time traffic insights, predictive demand intelligence, and dynamic spectrum management. These capabilities empower providers like Virgin Media O2 and Odido to boost customer satisfaction, increase Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and reduce service disruptions.

Cisco is also advancing its Mobility Services Platform, introducing new capabilities for mobile network operators to accelerate revenue growth through an API ecosystem and advanced network services delivered as a service. These innovations align with Cisco’s vision of providing a seamless and intelligent networking experience that helps service providers modernize their infrastructure, optimize user experiences, and create new revenue streams in the AI era.
