Sparkle and Orchest Technologies have formed a strategic partnership to interconnect their networks and enable dynamic, automated service provisioning across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Announced at International Telecoms Week (ITW) in Washington, the collaboration leverages MEF LSO APIs for real-time service orchestration and is aimed at accelerating the deployment of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) offerings.
The interconnection integrates Sparkle’s global IP and optical infrastructure with Orchest’s LATAM network and automation platform, allowing the two operators to offer scalable, standards-based connectivity with enhanced speed and reliability. This agreement supports on-demand service quoting, ordering, and provisioning through automation, aligning with MEF’s definition of NaaS as a unified platform for connectivity, cybersecurity, application assurance, and cloud networking.
Both companies view this initiative as a foundation for broader NaaS federations, enabling enterprise customers to access intelligent, flexible networking services across continents with a simplified customer experience.
