Iceblue Global Unveils GRID Portal for Real-Time Operational Transparency

Iceblue Global has launched the GRID Portal, a new customer operations interface designed to give carriers and service providers real-time visibility into network delivery, performance, and billing. The platform offers continuous, role-based access to operational data, eliminating the need for manual updates or service tickets. Customers can track circuit orders from submission through activation, monitor latency and jitter in live services, and download invoices directly, all within a single, secure dashboard.

Built as part of the broader Resolute CS ecosystem, GRID Portal serves as both a transparency layer and an automation foundation. Iceblue said the system integrates with RESOLUTE NEXUS to enable intelligent insights and optimization across global service estates. With access available 24×7, GRID gives operations and finance teams synchronized information, improving coordination across regions and vendors.

Mary Stanhope, President & COO of Iceblue Global, said, “Customer portals are not new. What the industry still lacks is operational truth on-demand. GRID Portal eliminates the guesswork, so delivery progress, live service performance, and billing details are visible without opening a ticket or chasing an email. In GRID Portal, transparency is the feature.”

• Tracks circuits from order to activation with real-time milestone visibility

• Displays live network performance metrics such as latency, jitter, and packet loss

• Supports quoting through contract management in one interface

• Enables self-service billing access and document downloads

• Integrates with Resolute CS’s RESOLUTE NEXUS for automation and AI-driven insights

🌐 Analysis: Iceblue Global’s GRID Portal reflects a growing trend among connectivity providers to operationalize transparency for enterprise and wholesale customers. Competing vendors like Colt, PCCW Global, and Lumen have introduced digital platforms for service lifecycle management, but Iceblue’s integration with RESOLUTE NEXUS positions it for deeper automation
