Court Sets Date of Feb 13, 2012 for AT&T+T-Mobile Lawsuit

The U.S. District Court, District of Columbia has set a date of February 13, 2012 to hear lawsuit brought by the U.S. Department of Justice to block AT&T’s proposed acquisition of T-Mobile USA.
