JDSU has established an optical network test lab and scholarship program at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).
- In October, JDSU opened a new Suzhou-based facility for manufacturing high-precision optical coatings for a wide variety of markets that include 3D, gesture recognition, theater projection and sensing applications. JDSU’s presence in China includes operations in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and other locations.
