Alcatel-Lucent has extended its previously announced tender offer for all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Motive, Inc. until 12:00 midnight, New York City time, at the end of Wednesday, September 10, 2008. The tender offer was previously set to expire at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, at the end of Tuesday, August 12, 2008.
