Veraz and Verint Partner on Lawful Intercept for IMS Networks

Verint Systems has joined Veraz Networks’ partnership program as a ‘Deployment-ready’ member of the Veraz Open Solution Alliance (VOSA). Verint’s STAR-GATE Communications Interception Solution successfully completed rigorous interoperability testing with the Veraz ControlSwitch products and the I-Gate 4000 family of media gateways. Veraz enables service providers to deliver IP, multimedia and traditional legacy services across any network to fixed, mobile and fixed-mobile subscribers. Verint’s STAR-GATE solution enables service providers to effectively manage vast numbers of targets, concurrent sessions, call data records, and communications on virtually any type of network.

The companies said their joint solution enables service providers to comply with existing and anticipated mandatory lawful intercept (LI) policies set forth by CALEA (Communications Assistance to Law Enforcement Act) in the United States, by ETSI in Europe, and by other regulatory bodies around the world. The solution is deployed in live networks in a number of countries around the world, including a deployment for a leading wireless service provider in India.http://www.veraznetworks.comhttp://www.verint.com
