Sonus Networks reported Q2 revenues of $75.5 million compared with $71.1 million in Q1 2007 and $64.5 million for Q2 2006. Net loss for the second quarter of 2007 was $7.0 million, or $0.03 per share. This compared to a net loss of $4.0 million in the first quarter of 2007, or $0.02 per share, and net income of $8.9 million for the second quarter of 2006, or $0.03 per diluted share.
Sonus Networks also announced today that President and Chief Operating Officer, Bert Notini, will be leaving the company to join New Mountain Capital, LLC as a Senior Advisor and to become the CEO of one of its portfolio companies, Apptis.
