Cable & Wireless is deploying the Alcatel 7750 Service Router and 5620 Service Aware Manager in its next generation IP/MPLS network. As part of this “NGN” project, Cable & Wireless will deploy 200-250 nodes over a two-to-three year period. Financial terms were not disclosed.
