Tiscali Italy awarded a two-year contract to UTStarcom for the initial deployment of approximately 150,000 lines of its AN-2000 IP DSLAM solution and UT300R2U ADSL 2/2+ customer premise equipment (CPE). he announcement represents an expansion on the initial contract with Tiscali Italy announced in June 2004. Financial terms were not disclosed.
