SBC Extends Contract for AFC's AdvancedVoice and UniversalDSL

SBC Communications awarded a five-year contract extension to AFC for supplying its AdvancedVoice and UniversalDSL solutions. The two solutions leverage AFC’s AccessMAX integrated multiservice access platforms (IMAPs), outside plant cabinets, and network management systems. AFC has been a supplier of broadband access solutions to SBC since 1997. Financial terms of the new agreement were not disclosed. http://www.afc.com
