Agilent Technologies introduced a 4G system design library for 3GPP Release 10, which promises up to 1 Gbps peak download speeds. Agilent said its new W1918 LTE-Advanced baseband verification library helps system architects, baseband algorithm developers and component manufacturers deliver on this performance by providing RF and MIMO channel modeling fidelity; integration between multi-language PHY modeling and wideband test equipment; and greater RF and baseband design-flow integration.
The W1918 LTE-Advanced library is available as an option to Agilent’s SystemVue 2011.03 release. Initial availability of the library is expected in March 2011.
