Alcatel Installs 500,000 DSL ports for Neuf Telecom

Alcatel has installed the 500,000th DSL port for Neuf Telecom, a major fixed operator in the French market. Neuf Telecom launched its DSL rollout in early 2003. Alcatel has installed multi-DSL technology (ADSL, SHDSL) based on the Alcatel 7301 Advanced Services Access Manager. Alcatel said it now accounts for the largest part of Neuf Telecom’s installed base. http://www.alcatel.com
