Alcatel announced availability of an advanced management solution for IP/MPLS and Ethernet based business services. The Alcatel 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM) is an addition to the company’s 5620 network management portfolio, which is deployed in hundreds of service provider sites around the world.
New capabilities include automated service provisioning of multiple VPN technologies based on wizards and service templates.
