Alcatel is working with Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) of Saudi Arabia to support the deployment of DSL for Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
Alcatel selected AEC for the integration and testing of its DSL solution to support the recently announced contract with STC, the largest DSL contract in the Middle East. The agreement between Alcatel and AEC supports STC’s objectives of contributing to the Saudi industry by involving local firms and the development of local expertise.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
