Telkom South Africa awarded a five-year services agreement to Amdocs. Under the deal, Amdocs will continue to provide maintenance and support services for the Amdocs customer experience systems deployed at Telkom SA since 1999, including consolidated billing, customer relationship management (CRM) and order management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
