The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) announced an expanded 2025 Board of Directors to lead its members through a historic investment period in fiber broadband across North America. This year’s board includes an additional member, with plans to add one more each year until 2027, bringing the total to 12 members. The board will focus on innovative strategies to expand fiber infrastructure and close the digital divide.

Ariane Schaffer, Head of U.S. Federal & State Policy at GFiber, was elected as the new Board Chair, starting her term on January 1, 2025.
