Aricent and Juni Collaborate on WiMAX

Aricent and Juni Global (Juni) announced a collaboration to provide an end-to-end WiMAX infrastructure solution for in-campus (enterprise / residential) and private networks. The joint solution combines Aricent’s standards-based WiMAX Integrated Gateway (WING) software framework and Juni’s extensive suite of Femto / Pico Base Stations, which are designed for operators looking to expand high bandwidth mobile Internet services within campuses and small private networks.
