ARRIS’ Mobility Application Server (MAS) has completed interoperability testing with Cedar Point Communications’ SAFARI C3 Multimedia Switching System. The solution enables operators to deploy a scalable Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution that utilizes an existing or yet to be deployed Cedar Point SAFARI C3 switching infrastructure.
The ARRIS Mobility Application Server converges existing switching infrastructure while providing a seamless evolution to tomorrow’s PacketCable 2.0 and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) networks.
