AT&T has deployed a distributed antenna system (DAS) from TE Connectivity to provide coverage at The Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The installation includes 75 remote antenna units (RAUs) which are fed by a base station deployed by AT&T’s Antenna Solutions Group, providing on-site network capacity for AT&T customers using the 850 and 1900 MHz frequency bands.
TE Connectivity is a preferred partner of AT&T’s Antenna Solutions Group, which is using DAS to enhance mobile coverage at major resorts, stadiums, hotels, and other premium properties around the United States.
