AT&T has secured a multi-year, $1 billion agreement with Corning Incorporated to support the expansion of its fiber network across the United States. This deal, which leverages Corning’s Evolv® connectivity solutions, aligns with AT&T’s mission to bring high-speed fiber internet to more households and businesses nationwide. Under this agreement, AT&T gains access to advanced fiber and cable technology, including Corning’s Evolv® FlexNAP™ with Multifiber Pushlok® Technology, fully compliant with Build America, Buy America (BEAD) requirements. The collaboration marks a significant step forward in AT&T’s fiber expansion, enhancing network capabilities and reducing costs.

Corning, a long-standing partner of AT&T, benefits from its preferential status, with AT&T serving as its largest customer for connectivity solutions. The partnership underscores AT&T’s commitment to strengthening the nation’s fiber infrastructure through substantial organic investment, the Gigapower joint venture with BlackRock, and multiple open-access commercial agreements. AT&T, which has added five consecutive quarters of broadband subscribers, aims to extend fiber access to 30 million locations by the close of 2025.
