Boingo Wireless 
completed its initial public offering of 5,770,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.50 per share. The shares are now trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “WIFI”.
Boingo Wireless believes provides commercial mobile Wi-Fi Internet access at more than 325,000 hotspots worldwide, including top airports, major hotel chains, cafés and coffee shops, restaurants, convention centers and metropolitan hot zones. http://www.boingo.com
