Herb has previously served as President of Ameritech Wireless, President of Ameritech Europe, General Manager of Sprint International for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, President and COO of Verio, COO of Eircom, COO of Cablecom (Switzerland) and COO of Kabel Deutschland.
