Cisco Appoints Wells Fargo Exec to its Board

Richard M. Kovacevich, chairman and CEO, Wells Fargo & Company, has been appointed to Cisco Systems’ board of directors. With the election of Kovacevich, Cisco’s board now consists of 13 members.
