Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: CRDO) filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) against Amphenol Corporation, Molex LLC, TE Connectivity PLC, and Volex PLC. The company is seeking to block the importation of products that allegedly infringe on Credo’s patents related to Active Electrical Cables (AECs). Additionally, Credo has filed parallel complaints in Federal District Court, asserting willful infringement, as the defendants were notified of Credo’s patents in September 2023.

Its distinctive purple HiWire AECs have become a widely recognized solution in the data infrastructure market, offering high-speed, energy-efficient connectivity.
