DirecTV Adds 275,000 Subscribers in Q1

DIRECTV added 701,000 gross subscribers and, after accounting for churn, 275,000 net subscribers in Q1 2003. DIRECTV owned and operated subscribers totaled 9.77 million as of 31-March -2003, 11% more than the 8.79 million cumulative subscribers as of 31-March-2002.
