E.C.I. Networks has acquired NoviFlow, a Montreal-based firm recognized for its SRv6 and service chaining technology, to strengthen its position in the data center and AI-driven networking space. Financial terms were not disclosed.
This acquisition enables E.C.I. Networks to expand its portfolio with NoviFlow’s advanced programmable service networking and cybersecurity solutions, which align with the growing demand for scalable, efficient, and flexible infrastructures. The deal signals E.C.I.’s commitment to investing in open-standard solutions that support data-intensive applications and are equipped to handle the demands of modern network architectures.
E.C.I. said NoviFlow’s expertise in high-performance networking technology, developed with a focus on flexibility and security, fits well within its vision for open networking.
