E.C.I. Networks has acquired NoviFlow, a Montreal-based firm recognized for its SRv6 and service chaining technology, to strengthen its position in the data center and AI-driven networking space. Financial terms were not disclosed.
This acquisition enables E.C.I. Networks to expand its portfolio with NoviFlow’s advanced programmable service networking and cybersecurity solutions, which align with the growing demand for scalable, efficient, and flexible infrastructures.
