EchoStar Communications’ DISH Network service added approximately 170,000 net new subscribers during the second quarter of 2007, ending the quarter with approximately 13.585 million subscribers to become the third largest pay-TV provider in the U.S.
EchoStar reported total revenue of $2.76 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, an 11.9 percent increase compared with $2.47 billion for the corresponding period in 2006.
