in Financials
A A

euNetworks named Marisa Trisolino as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 12, 2025. Trisolino brings nearly 30 years of experience in the global telecommunications industry, most recently serving as CEO of CMC Networks, where she led the company through its acquisition by center3, a subsidiary of STC Group. She previously spent over two decades at AT&T in leadership roles across various regions. Current Interim CEO Kevin Dean will transition to Chairman of the company, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance during this next phase of growth.

Trisolino steps into the role at a time when demand for high-performance bandwidth infrastructure is accelerating due to rapid AI-driven digital transformation. Her leadership is expected to strengthen euNetworks’ ability to scale its critical fiber and connectivity assets across Europe. Backed by long-term infrastructure investors including Stonepeak, APG, and IMCO, euNetworks is positioned to capitalize on these trends and further develop its role in supporting Europe’s digital backbone.

  • Marisa Trisolino will become CEO of euNetworks on May 12, 2025
  • She previously served as CEO of CMC Networks and held a 21-year career at AT&T
  • Kevin Dean, Interim CEO, will transition to Chairman of euNetworks
  • Trisolino brings global telecom experience and a customer-centric leadership approach
  • Investors (Stonepeak, APG, IMCO) support the appointment and reaffirm growth ambitions
  • euNetworks is focused on scaling digital infrastructure to meet rising demand for AI-era bandwidth

“This is a company with a remarkable ability to deliver quickly and to the highest standards. As AI accelerates societal and economic change, the need for scalable, high-performance bandwidth infrastructure has never been greater. I’m excited to lead this exceptional team and look forward to working with our customers, people, and partners as we shape euNetworks’ next chapter.”
