euNetworks named Marisa Trisolino as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 12, 2025. Trisolino brings nearly 30 years of experience in the global telecommunications industry, most recently serving as CEO of CMC Networks, where she led the company through its acquisition by center3, a subsidiary of STC Group. She previously spent over two decades at AT&T in leadership roles across various regions. Current Interim CEO Kevin Dean will transition to Chairman of the company, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance during this next phase of growth.
Trisolino steps into the role at a time when demand for high-performance bandwidth infrastructure is accelerating due to rapid AI-driven digital transformation. Her leadership is expected to strengthen euNetworks’ ability to scale its critical fiber and connectivity assets across Europe. Backed by long-term infrastructure investors including Stonepeak, APG, and IMCO, euNetworks is positioned to capitalize on these trends and further develop its role in supporting Europe’s digital backbone.
