FCC Commissioner Copps Warns that Policies Will Choke the Internet

In a speech at the New America Foundation, FCC Commissioner Michael J. Copps warned that “entrenched interests” are positioning themselves to control the Internet’s chokepoints, stifling competition and derailing the original, open vision of the Internet.
