Fiber is the Enabler for all Things Disruptive

What’s the future of fiber and how will it disrupt existing economic models?
Greg McLaughlin, CEO from AEX explains:

– Fiber, while not a disruptor itself, is the enabler of all things disruptive, particularly in the realm of apps.
– The real disruption will occur in economic models and businesses, where previously only large companies with extensive technical and engineering staffs could operate fiber networks.
– With the influx of funding from private equity and subsidies, there’s an opportunity for newcomers to enter the network business. Automation from companies like AEX will enable these new demographics to join the fiber business and deliver services to their communities.
