GlobespanVirata Posts Revenue of $74.4 Million, up 8% Sequentially

GlobespanVirata posted Q2 revenues of $74.4 million, an 8% sequential increase over Q1 2003 and a 62% increase over the same period last year. Net loss and basic loss per share were $12.1 million and $0.09, respectively. Gross margin was 46.7% during Q2 2003. This compares to a gross margin of 50.2% in Q2 2002 and 49.6% in Q1 2003.
