Huawei Technologies 
announced the development of Node Level Vectoring (NLV) technology for eliminating crosstalk in copper pairs. The technology significantly improves throughput in VDSL2 networks. Huawei said its tests of vectoring show the ability to deliver 100 Mbps services at a distance of 300 meters, and 80 Mbps at a distance of 500 meters — representing gains of approximately 70%.
