Huawei and Bell Canada signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 
to create and maintain a Joint Innovation Centre (JIC) in Canada. Huawei and Bell will collaborate on developing and enhancing broadband wireless solutions, core network products and value-added service offerings.
