India's Supreme Court Upholds 2G License Cancellations

India’s Supreme Court has upheld its earlier decision forcing cancellation of 122 licenses issued to telecom operators for 2G spectrum after 2008 due to the charges of corruption in the ongoing scandal. Seven telecom companies had petitioned for review of the decision. However, the court will review the government’s plan to auction theses licenses.http://supremecourtofindia.nic.in/
