Juniper Networks and ServiceNow have announced an expanded partnership to deliver a tightly integrated solution combining Juniper’s Mist AI platform with ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management and Sales & Order Management platforms. The combined offering aims to accelerate service delivery and reduce operational complexity for managed service providers (MSPs), with Deutsche Telekom (DT) among the first to adopt the integrated system for its Secure Networking for Enterprise portfolio.

The certified integration enables end-to-end automation across the full network operations lifecycle—Day 0 through Day 2+—including service provisioning, onboarding, asset visibility, incident resolution, and performance optimization. DT reported faster customer onboarding and improved operational efficiency after deploying the joint solution, which leverages Juniper’s AI-native wired, wireless, and SD-WAN assurance with ServiceNow’s workflow orchestration and ticketing capabilities. DT noted that the solution gives it a competitive edge by enhancing reliability and automation within its managed services offering.

ServiceNow also deployed Juniper Mist AI internally, achieving a 60% reduction in network costs, a 90% drop in wireless issues, and a 50% improvement in deployment speed. Available now through the ServiceNow Store, the joint solution targets enterprises and MSPs seeking to streamline network operations and deliver consistent, high-performance connectivity experiences at scale.

“This unique AI-native solution from Juniper and ServiceNow enables two significant points of value for our Secure Networking managed services in a highly competitive space,” said Niklas Horstmann, Vice President at Telekom Deutschland. “First, we can ensure fast configuration and rollout… Second, we can leverage market-leading AIOps to help us consistently deliver the best possible user experience.”
