Kyndryl and HPE Deepen Alliance to Deliver Private AI Clouds for Enterprises

Kyndryl has expanded its global strategic alliance with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to accelerate enterprise adoption of private AI cloud infrastructure. The collaboration centers on HPE Private Cloud AI, a turnkey solution co-developed with NVIDIA to serve as a scalable AI factory for enterprise workloads. Under the new agreement, Kyndryl will provide consulting, implementation, and AI workload management services to help customers integrate HPE’s AI stack into private and on-premises environments.

Kyndryl Consult will leverage its accelerators alongside HPE’s observability, automation, and unified control plane technologies to streamline deployment and ensure optimized performance of AI workloads. The companies aim to address use cases across key verticals including healthcare—where secure AI infrastructure can enable personalized diagnostics—and financial services, where private cloud AI can support fraud detection, risk mitigation, and automation within regulated environments.

This collaboration builds on Kyndryl’s prior AI private cloud deployments in regions such as France, and reflects the growing enterprise demand for sovereign, scalable AI infrastructure. The initiative also supports the broader NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio launched earlier this year.

  • Kyndryl to provide end-to-end support for HPE Private Cloud AI implementation
  • Focus verticals: healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries
  • HPE Private Cloud AI is the flagship solution of the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio
  • Kyndryl services include workload deployment, observability, automation, and scaling
  • Supports private and on-prem deployments aligned to enterprise governance needs

“Our expanded alliance with HPE illustrates our shared commitment to driving innovation and accelerating customer implementation of private AI solutions,” said Nicolas Sekkaki, Global Cloud Practice Leader, Kyndryl.

🌐 Why it Matters: As enterprises move from AI experimentation to production, demand for secure, private cloud environments is surging. This Kyndryl–HPE collaboration combines consulting, infrastructure, and AI capabilities, offering a viable path for organizations navigating regulatory constraints while pursuing AI-driven transformation.
