LDCOM Selects XACCT's IP Mediation Platform

LDCOM (Louis Dreyfus Group Communications), a leading alternative service provider in France, has chosen XACCT Technologies to unify its IP mediation functions onto a single system. The XACCTusage 5.0 system will be used as LDCOM’s back-office platform as a key component of the carrier’s services strategy and to unify the infrastructure following its acquisitions of 9Telecom, KAPTECH and Belgacom France.
